They were always friendly to all the children in the neighborhood. Bennie and I have remained friends since that time. I am younger then her and have now reached the age of 95. She is a wonderful person and shortly before she moved to MA she cooked lunch for my daugher and I consisting of quiche, a homemade lemon meringue pie she made herself. This was about 3 or 4 years ago. I wish her all the best and hope we both have many, many more birthdays with good health.
